Grace holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Sheffield, UK and Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from University of Cape Coast, Ghana, deep development and practical experience in Personal Branding, Organizational Staffing, Career Development, Employee Training and Development, Performance Management/Appraisal, Succession Planning and Employee Compensation.

Grace is a qualified/professional Human Resource Practitioner: Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK; Certified in “Making HR a Strategic Business Partner”, Professional Certifications in Human Resource Practice, Recruitment and Compensation from the Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.

Over her career, she has held roles including: Lecturer at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Human Resource Trainee at Socketworks Global Ghana Limited and HR Consultant at HR Perspective.

Her volunteering activities include formerly being an Administrator for the Alzheimer’s Society, United Kingdom.

She has won prestigious awards from the University of Sheffield Career Service, UK: Skills for Work Certificate, Skills for Success program and Enterprise Skills Build.She also won the International Women’s Day Award as well as Career and Development Fair Awards from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
